Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of webranding.id and to enquiries you send us. Once a project starts, the written project agreement or order (including any Fiverr or Upwork order) sets out the specific terms for that project.
1. Who we are
webranding.id ("we", "us") is a website design studio based in Indonesia that serves clients worldwide. Contact: [email protected]
2. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a start date. A project begins only when both sides agree on the scope, price and timeline, and any required deposit is received.
3. Services
We design and build landing pages and business websites on platforms such as Carrd and Wix. The deliverables, number of pages, features and platform for each project are confirmed in the quote or order before work starts.
4. Pricing and payment
• Prices on this website are starting prices in US dollars (USD). They are not fixed packages.
• The final price depends on scope, content, features and the platform used, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Domain registration, platform subscriptions, plugins and other third-party costs are separate unless the quote says otherwise, and are paid by the client.
• Payment terms, such as deposits and milestones, are stated in the quote or order. Work may pause if an agreed payment is overdue.
5. Client responsibilities
To keep a project on schedule, you agree to provide the text, images, logos and access we need, to give feedback within a reasonable time, and to make sure you have the right to use everything you supply. Delays in content or feedback may move the delivery date.
6. Timelines and revisions
Timelines depend on project scope, content readiness and feedback, and are estimates unless the project agreement states a fixed date. The number of included revision rounds is stated in the quote or order. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
7. Ownership and portfolio
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design delivered to you. Third-party platforms, templates, fonts and images stay subject to their own licences. Unless you tell us otherwise before or after delivery, we may show the finished work, with a link to your site, in our portfolio and marketing.
8. Third-party platforms and services
Our websites run on third-party platforms such as Carrd and Wix, and may use other services you choose. We do not control those services. Their pricing, features, availability and terms can change and are outside our responsibility. If you work with us through Fiverr or Upwork, that platform's terms and payment rules also apply.
9. After launch
We provide handover and basic guidance as agreed. Ongoing maintenance, content updates and new features are separate services unless the project agreement says otherwise.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We work carefully, but we do not guarantee specific business results, such as search rankings, traffic, leads or sales. The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data.
11. Portfolio and external links
Portfolio examples show past work. Linked websites are run by their owners and may have changed since we delivered them. We are not responsible for their content.
12. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse this website, for example by sending spam, attempting to disrupt it, or submitting unlawful content. We may decline or end work on any project that involves illegal, misleading or harmful content.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. A project is governed by the terms in effect when it was agreed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith by talking with you. Any dispute that cannot be settled this way will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia, unless a platform you used to order (such as Fiverr or Upwork) sets different dispute rules for that order.
